The National Federation of Organizations Helping Children and Youth with Diabetes (Diabetes Federation) was established in 2010 as an association of associations and foundations working throughout Poland to help children and youth with diabetes.
Since 2015, our group of beneficiaries has gradually expanded to include adults and senior citizens. Thus, from an organization working for the pediatric population, we became a Federation of all diabetics. 

Our mission is:
⦿ Education of patients, their families and the environment
⦿ Integration of the diabetic community
⦿ Advocacy for diabetics, improving their health and social situation
⦿ Prevention of type 2 diabetes, overweight and obesity and promotion of diabetes knowledge in the community
